Shipping & Returns
All items are shipped with tracking via Canada Post or FedEx unless otherwise requested. Oversized items and large archive collections may be subject to extra shipping fees. If this is the case, we will contact you before your order is shipped. If you have any questions about the shipment of your item, or if you require expedited shipping, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We guarantee our items are authentic and as described on the website. If the product description is inaccurate, we will accept returns within seven (7) days of postal delivery of the item based on postal tracking data.
Prior to returning an order, you must first contact us at email@example.com and describe, in detail, how the item you received deviates from the listing.
When returning your order, please package it with the same care and protection as when it was received. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is sent back to us with new damage.
