1848 Delightful Letter from Teacher to Student in Vanves, France

This charming short note was written by a teacher to congratulate his student on his good work. An excerpt from the letter follows:
L’eleve Routhellier a merite encore cette semaine par son travail et ses sucies la bonne note que j'ai eu l'honneur d'envoyer deja deau fois a Monsieur le proviseur
[Translation: The student Routhellier deserved again this week by his work and his successes the good note that I had the honor to send already to the headmaster].
It is signed “Vanves…1848, Dupour”. Vanves is a commune or district in the southwest suburbs of Paris.
