On offer is an original signature of Professor Charles Percy Bysshe Shelley (1827-1891), a civil engineer contributing to the ironwork of the Great Exhibition building of 1851, and Spain's Tudela and Bilbao Railway.
In 1860 he became Professor of Manufacturing Art and Machinery at Kings College London, and later served as Dean of the Applied Sciences Department.
This signature is on a piece of cut paper measuring 3 x 3/4 inches and demonstrates age toning. Date unknown. Condition is Good.
