On offer is a personal letter from R. W. Cameron written on an RWC embossed card from 810 Fifth Avenue. The RWC crest logo in blue embossed ink is on the top left corner including the motto “HINC ORIOR” (From Here I Rise). The printed address has been crossed out and “185 Madison Ave.” is written in, a later address of his in New York city. It is noted as “Monday A.M.”, though there is no date. Sir Roderick’s name appears in two additional places, once on the outer fold of the card, and another on the right page interior in pencil and a different hand.

The body reads:

My Dear Moir,
I have consulted Margaret and we both reply yes to your request. Do not style her Daisy in the programme, her signature is Margaret S.E Cameron. It is a very long time since I have seen you and we would all be glad if you would renew your visits. I would also be very much pleased to see your father, please say to him that I have pleasant recollections of our cheery days at Lake Dunmore when we amused ourselves with Euchre and the happy companionship of our wives and children.
