On offer is an interesting 1891 manuscript autographed letter signed [ALS] dated Kohala [Hawaii also the Sandwich Islands] handwritten by missionary and physician E.C. Bond to his children Robbie and Edith. A family letter wherein their father wishes them well in their new school in Punahou School [Honolulu, Hawaii], updates them on the progress of their Aunt and her baby and other news regarding locals they are familiar with. Casual research suggests that Dr. Bond had a long association with the Hawaiian Government. Two pages, 8 x 5 inches. Overall VG.
