Year 11 of the French Revolution, handwritten [holograph] letter from 'Le Liquidateuv general de la Dette publique' to 'Citizen Marechal, munitionaire des hopitaux' in conquered Turin. Quite detailed with many references to large sums of monies. Marked "poste restante", a notation written on a letter indicating that the letter should be held at the post office until claimed by the addressee. In fine shape save for a number of precise folds.
