796On offer is a super 1926 handwritten manuscript diary authored by a young Gettysburg Pennsylvania girl named Margaret E. Stauffer who attends Harvard University. While the book is filled only until mid-April, we assume she stopped writing at the school's year end, she paints An intimate charming picture of life for a young student, sorority sister and loving daughter and sister to her siblings of which there are 5 or 6. The book includes 3 pieces of ephemera: a small Harvard banner, a portrait of Ms. Stauffer, we assume, at graduation and a small hand cut party invitation to a pajama party.
