1868 ORIGINAL PHOTOGRAPH OF THE SUTTON MILL DAM WITH ORIGINAL HANDWRITTEN INSCRIPTION

On offer is a remarkable original 1868 photograph of the Sutton Mill Dam, now a wildlife nature park and area of open water located in Sutton in the south of St Helens in Merseyside, England. Once mounted in an album, we assume, the photo was removed. Mounting traces remain but one can read the handwritten note including date, most of the photographers name [W.D.
