12150On offer is a printed and manuscript-completed certificate issued in Cuba on 28 October 1977 by the Sección Sindical, Delegación Territorial Habana, Ministerio de la Agricultura, during the officially designated “Año de la Institucionalización.”
The document is completed to Neftalí Pernas and reads in part:
“Se le otorga el presente BONO al compañero… por su participación en todas las tareas orientadas en esta jornada dentro del marco de la celebración del Año de la Institucionalización.”
[ “This BONUS is awarded to the colleague… for their participation in all the tasks carried out today within the framework of the celebration of the Year of Institutionalization.”].
The certificate records Pernas’s participation in the Jornada Ideológica “Camilo-Che,” an annual October mobilization combining political commemoration and organized labor activity, marking the deaths of Camilo Cienfuegos and Ernesto “Che” Guevara.
