North American Review was the first literary magazine in the United States. Founded in Boston in 1815 by its first editor, William Tudor (1779-1830), and other members of the Anthology Club, it was their intention to rival the leading British magazines. It was published continuously until 1940. In 1964, it was officially revived and is still active today.
The Exchequer Court of Canada was succeeded by The Federal Court of Canada, in 1971. It was a national court of Canada that had limited jurisdiction to hear certain types of disputes arising under the federal government's legislative jurisdiction.
Each letter is 4-½ x 7 inches folded paper card with some minor paper marks and smudging, both pieces possess an additional fold crease and are in Very Good condition.
